Designed with a long pass green emission filter set with a 475nm wideband excitation filter, bright emission with low signal-to-noise, no cross talk, and highest brightness. Fluorophore Displayed: Acridine Orange + DNA and RNA，Auramine-rhodamine, JC-1 non-ratiometric.7
Our standard filter sets are offered with 25mm diameter filters, and 36×25.7mm dichroic mirror. Suitable for a wide number of microscopes. Other sizes are available for an additional fee. Don’t hesitate to consult.
